This week we installed a new partition in a cleanroom. Manufactured entirely in white PP this wall separates a weighing cell from a control room. Electronics for 3 separate balances are fully integrated within the design, as well as large air vents equipped with HEPA filters. The design and fabrication of the weighing tables in front were also part of our delivery.
Combined jet ejector and packed bed gas scrubber in PP for the treatment of different streams laden with TMA. Gasflow = 50Nm3/h, Liquid flow = 10.4 m3/h @4.5 bar.
Our client ordered this scubber following successful deployment of a comparable installation on a different continent; this one will be installed in our home market Belgium!
This very precise CMDU is designed to mix and dilute two high-purity chemicals with DI water. The mixtures can be made at any mixing ratios, thanks to the load cells under the mixing tank which provide the high precision with which the mixtures are created.
For this client's specific process (semiconductor industry), metallic and organic contamination of chemicals should remain below 100 ppb (parts per billion). In order to ensure purity, the components that come into contact with chemicals are made from high-grade plastics (PFA, PTFE).
Infra red welded Halar ECTFE piping. This system is sterilzed using hot sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). ECTFE offers excellent resistance to this procedure.
