What started out more than 35 years ago as a favor for a good friend, became over the years our specialty, and even more than that, one of our core business activities: custom-made plastic constructions.

Usually we begin a custom-made project by listening carefully to you, our future customer: what do you want? And even more important: how do you want it, what are the specifications and requirements, what is the available budget and how soon do you want it? Starting from a sketch and the given specifications, our engineering office works out the details: the choice of the most appropriate material, calculating the necessary strength and resistance requirements, dimensioning all parts, etc.

For almost every industrial application in chemistry, pharmaceutics, microelectronics and galvanics, we can propose an alternative in plastic.

Whether the project deals from concept to installation with larger rectangular ventilation ducts, special tanks and vessels or custom-made constructions like machine parts or gas scrubbers; whether ‘common’ plastics (like PP, HDPE or PVC) are used or ‘more exotic’ materials (e.g. PVDF, FEP, ECTFE, etc.); whether welded, fused or fitted with 8.8, SS or Teflon lined bolts, everything we make answers to this one prerequisite: quality according to the customer’s requirements and specifications.

There is no welding technique our skilled and certified personnel cannot master, and this we combine with an excellent pre- and after-service, right up to deli-very and safe installation.
