Dosing units: exactly what you need

Plastic Constructies Teblick has many years experience of supplying custom built systems and packages for the chemical treatment of water and effluent.

We design & supply custom built dosing packages as simple as a pump mounted on a tank through to complete systems including chemical storage, dilution monitoring and controls. These systems can be supplied and installed for a wide variety of water, effluent and sewage treatment applications. All are purpose-built skid or platform mounted systems, delivered complete with control panel and instrumentation, manifold piping and valves.

We provide full evaluation and assessment of the most appropriate solution for the application. Before we start the design process for each system, we complete a thorough consultation to evaluate the unique parameters relevant to your application.

The majority of dosing, dilution and monitoring systems we provide are pre-wired and tested in our workshops before shipment and we offer a full on-site service including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

We provide custom-built panel mounded assemblies in PVC, PP, PE or if needed in PVDF or PFA. The backboards are sized to suit site. Pumps, manifolds, monitors and control panels can all be assembled and fully tested at our works ensuring installation costs are kept to a minimum.

Dosing packages reduce installation time and costs to a minimum. The risk of incompatibility due to pumps and components selected from different sources is eliminated. Typical applications include chlorination, PH correction, lead removal, sewage treatment, boiler treatment, water softening, cooling tower dosing and trade effluent treatment.
