Teblick VCA certified (September 2006)

Teblick is VCA certified from the beginning of September 2006. VCA is an international certification related to  safety on the job. Teblick is fully committed to provide a safe and healthy workplace for its employees and to protect the environment. This commitment is reflected through programs that focus on maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, contractual, statutory and other requirements, and the company health, safety and environmental policy.

To underline those commitments the employees at Teblick have received extensive training. All individual employees have successfully been certified and received their VCA and VCA++ certification. In August 2006, Teblick was audited. The results were positive, no deviations registered, a great success confirming the commitment of employees and management.

According to Wim Teblick, General Manager, is the VCA certificate a 'must' for a professional service organization. A few of our employees were already VCA trained in the past, but now the whole team is VCA certified. An excellent team performance.

Plastics and Factory Mutual fire safety standards including FMRC 4910

Factory Mutual Insurance Company and its affiliates, under the umbrella name of FM Global, is one of the world’s largest commercial and industrial property insurance and risk management organizations.

The new protocol provides wet bench manufacturers with guidelines for clean room environments to develop plastic materials and equipment for the semiconductor industry. Materials meeting FM guidelines offset the potential for contamination by smoke and corrosive by-products associated with fire, by rendering wet benches inherently safe upon installation.

Teblick at ARRM (October 2005)

In the past 2 decades, IMEC has evolved into a global research community where next-generation technologies are being developed. In view of this evolution, the Annual Research Review Meeting – ARRM – has been turned into a global forum where industry executives and research managers meet with senior IMEC research staff and discuss the technological challenges we are facing the coming years.

For more than 10 years, Teblick is a preferred partner for IMEC for all liquid management systems in their fabs.  IMEC invited Teblick to come and talk over our experiences with IMEC.

Presentation outlines : Wim Duffeler, Senior Project Engineer Teblick

Fluid Contamination control is one of the most challenging topics in the production process of silicon wafers. As the requirements for purity levels become more stringent; the market pushes innovation in ultra high purity liquid distribution systems continuously. Despites the international competition, IMEC decided to build their state of the art chemical delivery unit in cooperation with Teblick. The combination of the IMEC's experience and Teblick's know how was a big success. In less than six months from concept to validation, a tailor made high purity chemical blending and delivery system was completed with purity levels well within the specifications.

During this presentation, we will highlight how IMEC has introduced Teblick into new semicon concepts. We will focus at the result of this cooperation, without going into technical details.

Wim Duffeler is Senior Project Engineer Semicon at Teblick and has more than ten years experience in the semicon industry and custom build tools development.
